How can I check the status of my order?

If you have an account with Nairian, please log in to find your order information. Otherwise, we will send you email updates when your order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

How long will it take for my items to ship?

This depends on what category of shipping you purchased and where you are located. Most Nairian orders are processed and shipped within one week. 

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change your order in any way please contact support@nairian.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at support@nairian.com. If your product is defective or you received an incorrect item, we will generate a return label for you. For any other questions related to returns or exchanges, please send a message to support@nairian.com.
